Kenai Peninsula, Alaska

After the wedding we headed south with my newest Aunt Julie into the incomparable Kenai Peninsula. Homer was our destination, but we stopped to check out a little fishing village, Ninilchik, and its very old Russian Orthodox Church. Dad is always seeing how he can push the limits. When we finally arrived in Homer we settled into a great little cottage on the water. Check out the view from the living room window. It was a lot colder in Alaska than I planned, so I picked up this amazingly rad hat at a local shop. It kept my head toasty while making a pretty fiesty fashion statement.
