I picked up these sweet shades on my recent trip to New Hampshire. I love the flowers on the frames and the extremely functional velcro strap that keeps them secure on my face. I like to wear them while cruising in my car seat, hanging with mom (see if you can find her in the reflection), and basically when I keep it real (which is all the time).

I Like the Green Stuff
In the run-up to St. Patrick's Day, I thought I would honor my Irish heritage by smearing green peas all over my face. It was my first time eating peas and I have to say, they were extremely good. If I had the coordination, I would have gathered all the peas on my face into my hands and then licked my fingers. I could have chewed on that spoon all day.
Smith Playhouse
There is actually a large mansion within walking distance of my house where kids from the city can go and play all day. It's called the Smith Playhouse, it's in Fairmount Park, it's filled with toys and it's free. When I learned that I would be spending the day with my cousins Aidan and Logan I thought it was more than apt that we spend some time running around the playhouse. Aidan and Logan partied all afternoon and even though all I can really do right now is smile, kick and drool on myself I had a blast.

My Naked Bum!
A visit from my middlebury aunties
This past weekend a few of my mom's friends came to visit. It was fun hearing them talk about their days at the Ripton house. Can you believe they had a pond and lots of deer in their backyard? I especially liked snuggling with auntie Jess on the couch and listening to everyone's lullaby repertoire. I really missed meeting auntie Em, but I will meet her and the twins (aunt Gretchen's twins, that is) in September.

Some Shots with Mom and Dad
Camille and my crooked feet
Me and Uncle Jay
I had the pleasure of my dad's friend Jason's company on his recent visit from the Big Apple. He told me all the things my dad didn't want me to hear about his college shenanigans. Jason lived with my dad for a couple of those years so we traded war stories about the late night parties and "toothbrush confusion" that inevitable comes with living with dad.
