George and Liz's Southern Love

The actual wedding was north of Savannah in Bluffton, South Carolina - near Hilton Head. I had a great time with all mom and dad's crazy friends. We hit the beach (my first time seeing an ocean), enjoyed some beautiful views and celebrated the wedding of two great people. The last picture of Genevieve holding me took place on the Sunday morning after the festivities. Aunt Mere is in the background and she is definitely hungover.

Georgia on My Mind

Sorry for disappearing once again. I've had a pretty busy summer as these next few posts will illustrate. I've been through some serious adventures and want to catch up. First, do you remember the guy in an earlier post holding me that looks like a monkey? He's my uncle George and believe it or not he got married this summer in Bluffton, South Carolina to a beautiful southern belle, Liz (both were high scool classmates of mom and dad). We spent the first night of our southern weekend in Savannah with my Baltimore lady-friend, Alida, and her parents, Tim and Katie (which I have no visual proof of).

Savannah is a sleepy southern city with lots of horses, bourbon and spanish moss. I of course had to partake in a signature mint julep.
